Summer 2026 is shaping up to be one of the most exciting seasons Providence has ever seen, and at the center of the action is the PVD Fan Zone.

As New England welcomes the FIFA World Cup™ to nearby Gillette Stadium, Providence has been selected as an officially designated Fan Zone city, creating an incredible opportunity for visitors to experience the excitement of the world’s biggest sporting event right here in Rhode Island. The PVD Fan Zone will be open from June 11 through July 19, 2026, at Station Park along the Providence River.

What is the PVD Fan Zone?

The PVD Fan Zone is a free, outdoor gathering space where soccer fans from around the world can come together to watch matches, celebrate their teams, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Providence.

Located just steps from the Providence Amtrak Station and downtown attractions, the Fan Zone will feature:
